Note: Her tongue hangs out the side. Doesn't bother her or cause her any problems eating.
Temperament: Spirit is a sweet girl that needs a lot of love. She is shy, but is starting to come to me. She likes other dogs and is ok with cats. She is fine with children and adults.
Health: She is in ok health. Her back knees seem a bit wobbly, but not severe. Eyes are clear, beautiful thick coat, and lots of love to give.
While in foster: Spirit is a sweet girl with a whimsical persona. She likes to spend her day sleeping...did I mention she likes to sleep? Ha! She has a doggie bed that she loves and this is where she stays. She is working on her house manners and will bark when she has to go outside. She recently started coming to me to me when I sit on the sofa and she wants attention. This was a big deal at my house considering how timid she was.
With time, love, and a lot of patience. Spirit will be a lovely companion for a deserving home.
